These terms apply when you visit theawesomepresent.com or buy from us. Using the site or ordering from us means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

The Awesome Present is a brand of SIDEREALITY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States). In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean SIDEREALITY LLC. You can reach us by email only, at contact@theawesomepresent.com.

2. Who can order

Our plushies are made for kids, but our store is made for adults. You must be of legal age where you live to place an order. Anyone younger can use the site only with a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for them.

3. About our plush

  • Each plush is made to order, after you buy it.
  • It's about 16 inches (40 cm) wide. Because each one is made to order, the size can vary by up to 2 inches (5 cm).
  • The 3D look is printed. The plush itself is flat, soft, and huggable.
  • Colors can look a little different on your screen.
  • For ages 12 months and up. Not for babies under 12 months: like any pillow or soft toy, keep it out of a baby's crib or cot. Toddler still in a crib? Keep it for cuddles outside the crib until they move to a big-kid bed.
  • It's a soft toy for cuddles and comfort. It isn't a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any sleep problem or health condition.

4. Names on the plush

Adding a name is free and optional. We print it exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling before you order. You have 2 hours after ordering to change it.

Please only add text you have the right to use. We may refuse a name or text that is offensive or that uses someone else's brand or character. If we do, we'll email you, and you can choose another name or get a refund.

5. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. We may turn it down or cancel it, for example if a price or description on the site was wrong, if a product is unavailable, or if an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, you get all your money back.

Please make sure the details you enter at checkout, like your email and shipping address, are correct. You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, and change your shipping address until your order ships, as explained in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If a package can't be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address, or because nobody receives or picks it up, we can't refund it.

6. Prices, offers, and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. Our Buy 1, Get 1 FREE deal is applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices or change or end an offer at any time. A change never affects an order you've already placed.

You pay when you place your order. Payments are processed by secure payment providers, and we never see your full card number.

Prices don't include import duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees that your country may charge, unless they're shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Shipping, refunds, and our guarantee

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. They explain delivery times, tracking, order changes, our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and refunds.

8. Using our site

Please use our site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to hack it, overload it, or copy it with bots or scrapers, and don't use it to send spam.

9. Our name and content

The Awesome Present name, our logo, and the words we wrote for this site are owned by SIDEREALITY LLC. Please don't use them for business purposes unless we agree in writing.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and what we do with it. You can manage your choices on our Your Privacy Choices page.

11. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law that can't be limited, including implied warranties. Where the law allows it:

  • we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for losses we couldn't have foreseen;
  • the most we'll owe you for an order is what you paid for that order.

We never limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

12. Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law (United States) governs these terms. If you live outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

If something goes wrong, please email us first. We'll do our best to sort it out.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your order follows the terms that were posted here when you placed it. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
